Road Repairs
Effectively immediately, the Baie St. Paul bridge will be closed to traffic in both directions until further notice.
Water Utility Annual Report
The municipality is required to prepare and annual report on its water utility. The report for 2008 is attached. Our water is provided by the Cartier Regional Water Co-op Inc. (CRWCI). Their reports for 2007 and 2008 are available for your information.
2009 Budget
The 2009 annual budget is now available and may be found here (note: This is a large file. Please allow time for downloading). A copy of the 2009 tax levy by-law is also included.

Emergency Preparedness
The Emergency Management Board of the Rural Municipalities of Headingley, St. Francois Xavier and Cartier are canvassing for volunteers to take on positions within the Municipal Emergency Plan. Click here for more information.
