White Horse Plains Planning District

 

The Rural Municipalities of St. François Xavier and Cartier have formed the White Horse Plains Planning District. They are in the process of forming a development plan and associated by-laws. Drafts of these development plans and proposed by-laws will be posted on this web site and will be updated when available.
